By accessing or using SonicPlug ("Site"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other referenced policies. If you do not agree, do not use this Site.

2. Eligibility

Use of this Site is limited to individuals age 13 or older. You must have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

3. Account Registration and Security

You must create an account using accurate and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

4. Licensing and Purchases

  • Each purchase or download of a beat, preset, kit, or any asset is governed by a separate license agreement between you ("Buyer") and SonicPlug or the content creator ("Seller").
  • Non-exclusive licenses: You receive rights to use content in your projects, while the Seller may continue selling the same license to other Buyers.
  • Exclusive licenses: You receive exclusive rights to the content; the Seller will not offer additional licenses for that asset.
  • Modifying, redistributing, or selling purchased content without a valid license is prohibited.

5. Payments and Refunds

All payments must be made using accepted methods as listed on the Site. Purchases are non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly stated otherwise in a license agreement.

6. User Conduct

  • You agree to only use content in accordance with the applicable license and copyright law.
  • Harmful, abusive, infringing, unlawful, or fraudulent activity on the platform is strictly prohibited.
  • You will not attempt to interfere with the Site’s security, integrity, or proper operation.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, branding, and platform code is owned by SonicPlug or licensed from third parties. You agree not to copy, reproduce, or distribute platform assets except as permitted by a specific content license.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site indicates acceptance. You are responsible for reviewing the latest version of the Terms regularly.

9. Termination
